Career Pilot is a resume builder and job application assistant app.

The app may help users:

• Create resumes
• Choose resume templates
• Generate resume PDFs
• Improve resume content
• Analyze job descriptions
• Match resumes with job posts
• Generate AI-based suggestions
• Prepare job application materials

The app is designed to assist users, but it does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, hiring results, or ATS approval.

The app may provide ATS scores, resume suggestions, keyword suggestions, improved summaries, and job matching results.

These results are only guidance.

We do not guarantee that:

• Your resume will pass every ATS system
• You will receive interviews
• You will get a job
• Employers will accept your resume
• AI suggestions will always be accurate
• Any score shown in the app is a final hiring decision

You are responsible for reviewing and editing your resume before submitting it.

Some features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

You must not use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for all content you enter into the app, including:

• Personal information
• Education
• Experience
• Skills
• Projects
• Certifications
• Job descriptions
• Uploaded or generated files

You agree not to enter false, illegal, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized information.

You should not use the app to create fake resumes, false employment history, fake qualifications, or misleading job application content.

The app may use AI to generate or improve resume content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repeated, or unsuitable for your situation.

You must review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before using it.

We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, recruiters, ATS systems, or third-party platforms based on your resume or application.

The app may allow you to paste job links or open third-party websites such as job boards, company career pages, or LinkedIn job posts.

The app does not control these websites.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party website content
• Job post accuracy
• Job application outcomes
• External website privacy practices
• External website security
• Changes made by job boards or employers

Users must submit applications manually unless an official supported integration is provided.

If the app includes LinkedIn-related features, they are intended only to help users prepare job application materials or open job links.

The app does not claim to be affiliated with LinkedIn unless clearly stated.

You must follow the rules and terms of any third-party platform you use.

The app does not support scraping, unauthorized automation, fake activity, or automatic job applications.

The app may show advertisements through third-party ad providers such as Google AdMob.

Advertisements help support the free app experience.

We are not responsible for the content, products, or services shown in third-party advertisements.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy the app
• Attack, overload, or disrupt the app
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload harmful files or malicious content
• Use the app to create fraudulent resumes or applications
• Violate the rights of others
• Violate third-party platform rules

We try to keep the app working properly, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Features may stop working because of:

• Internet issues
• Server problems
• Supabase issues
• AI provider issues
• Google service issues
• App updates
• Device compatibility problems
• Third-party service changes

We try to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost.

You should keep your own backup copies of important resumes, PDFs, and job application materials.

We are not responsible for lost resume data, deleted files, failed exports, or unavailable account data.

The app, design, branding, code, templates, and features belong to NthSol LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may use generated resumes for your personal job applications.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce the app or its templates as a competing product without permission.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for creating and managing your own resume and job application materials.

This license does not allow you to copy, modify, sell, or misuse the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt fraud, or create security risks.

You may stop using the app at any time.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Job rejection
• Failed applications
• Lost data
• Incorrect AI suggestions
• App errors
• Service interruptions
• Third-party website problems
• Advertisement content
• Loss of income or opportunity

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may update, change, remove, or improve app features at any time.

Some features may be added, removed, limited, or changed without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update them, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
